2.1. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
2.2. Orders placed after 3:00 PM or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.3. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

3. Delivery Time

3.1. Standard delivery times within the EU are:

  • 3–8 business days, depending on your destination and local courier service.
    3.2. Please note that delays may occur due to customs checks, holidays, or unforeseen logistics issues.
    3.3. Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels to ensure faster delivery.

4. Shipping Methods and Partners

4.1. We work with a network of trusted logistics companies, including:

  • DHL, DPD, PostNord, Omniva, UPS, and FedEx, depending on destination and warehouse location.
    4.2. The delivery partner is automatically selected based on your delivery address and order weight.
    4.3. All shipments include a tracking link, allowing you to follow your order’s progress in real time.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and the total order amount.
5.2. Exact shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
5.3. Free shipping is automatically applied when the order total reaches the minimum amount specified at checkout (if applicable).

6. Order Tracking

6.2. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the package is shipped.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

7.1. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
7.2. If you notice product damage after accepting delivery, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photo evidence.
7.3. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability.
7.4. Montikido.com is not responsible for lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

8. Failed or Unclaimed Deliveries

8.1. If a delivery attempt fails because the address provided is incorrect or the parcel is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it will be returned to us.
8.2. Reshipping costs must be covered by the customer.
8.3. Alternatively, a refund (minus original shipping costs) can be issued upon request.

9. Customs and Import Duties

9.1. Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs fees.
9.2. For deliveries outside the EU (if applicable in the future), local customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

10. Liability

10.1. Montikido.com is responsible for your order until it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
10.2. Once the parcel is scanned and accepted by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the delivery service provider.
10.3. However, we will always assist in tracking, investigating, and resolving any delivery issues.
