This Refund Policy explains your rights and obligations when returning goods purchased from our online store.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Policy)

1.1. As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or a person designated by you) receive the goods, without giving any reason.

  • Your full name and contact details;
  • Order number;
  • Product(s) you wish to return.
    1.3. Once we confirm your request, you will receive return instructions, including the return address.
    1.4. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order, within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that they have been shipped back.
    1.5. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.

2. Conditions for Returning Items

2.1. Returned items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed;
  • In their original packaging (including tags, manuals, accessories, etc.);
  • Free from damage or signs of use.
    2.2. If the item is returned in a condition that makes it unsellable (damaged, missing parts, or signs of wear), we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to cover the loss in value.
    2.3. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16), certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
  • Sealed health, hygiene, or beauty products that have been opened after delivery;
  • Perishable or consumable items that deteriorate rapidly;
  • Digital goods or downloadable content once access has been provided.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

4.1. If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@montikido.com within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
4.2. Include a clear description of the issue and photos showing the damage or defect.
4.3. Once the issue is verified, we will:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid.
    4.4. In such cases, Montikido.com covers all return and replacement shipping costs.

5. Return Shipping Procedure

5.1. All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5.2. Please use a trackable shipping method when returning your item and retain proof of shipment until your refund is processed.
5.3. Returns should be shipped to the return address provided after your return request is approved.

6. Refund Processing

6.1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
6.2. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days.
6.3. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.

7. Lost or Unclaimed Packages

7.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, a reshipping fee may apply.
7.2. If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
